6.Process of purchase and form of payment.-

The purchase process requires the acceptance of all the rules contained in the present General Conditions of Sale, and privacy policy.

Payments can be made through Stripe.

7. Shipping.-

Shipments will be made by Post, (certified shipments), or UPS.

DELIVERY TERM: In Australia, the United Kingdoms and New Zealand, the delivery period will be set by the direct sales website in those countries. The United States and Canada: 10 working days. The delivery time for purchases on the uriclak.com website is according to countries: 3 business days in Spain and 7 working days in Europe. The delivery of the orders will be made at the delivery address freely designated by the user. Thus, the provider does not assume any responsibility when the information provided by the user are false, inaccurate or incomplete.

8. Returns.-

For strict hygiene and safety reasons, penile clamps cannot be repackaged, resold, or reused under any circumstances, neither by the Uriclak brand nor by other customers. In accordance with applicable mandatory regulations for medical devices, all returned intimate hygiene products are systematically destroyed. For this reason, returns are not accepted, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer must first contact customer service by email at pedidos@uriclak.com to obtain return instructions.

Refund: In the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, a replacement product will be sent or the price of the product and the initial shipping costs will be refunded within 24 working hours after receipt of the product at our warehouse.

9. Warranty.-

All products offered through the website are completely original and new.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by use; it only covers manufacturing defects detected after 90 days from the date of purchase.

Once we have received the product and have verified that it was a manufacturing failure, we can deliver one in perfect condition, or if the customer prefers, we will proceed to the refund of the amount paid.

In case of return of a product with the guarantee, we assume the transport costs.

We inform you that the personal data provided will be the responsibility of URICLAK for the purpose of managing purchases, orders, budgets or provision of services, under the legitimacy granted by your express consent.
